Junior Registration 2026-27

GWCC Juniors 2026-27 registration.jpg

Glen Waverley Cricket Club is embarking on another great year for the club.

After a successful and premiership filled 2025 season, Our junior program will be going from strength to strength in 2026, as we add in a U14’s program to our existing groups of U11’s/U13’s/U16’s and U18’s.

Our teams will be supported by three dedicated Age Group Coaches - Sagar Pawday (U11s), Troy Denyer (U13s–U14s) and GWCC senior coaches for U16’s/U18’s whom are all highly experienced club players.

We are also delighted to announce that Club Legend, Len Nibaldi has accepted the position of Director of Coaching for the 2026/27 season.

Few people have contributed more to our club than Len. Across an extraordinary 50 years in senior and junior cricket — 46 of those with Glen Waverley — he has given his time, energy and passion to every corner of our club, both on the field and off it.

Len's focus for the season ahead is clear: to increase the skill levels of our junior players, so that every child can actively participate and enjoy their experience as a member of the Glen Waverley Cricket Club

Our junior blasters program last year was a roaring success, run by Zac Tarquinio. He is going around again and bringing his experience and fantastic energy to our youngest group of cricketers.

To ensure our juniors have access to multiple playing days and competitions that challenge their development, the club registers teams with multiple associations including Cricket Southern Bayside, Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association and Ringwood & District Cricket Association.
